Madeleine Bedding sells bed linen, sleepwear and related textile accessories through this website. Our catalogue includes percale sheets, linen duvet covers, fitted sheets for deep mattresses, pillowcases and cotton-rich sleepwear. Wholesale orders for guesthouses and boutique hotels are handled separately from the direct-to-consumer range; contact our studio if you represent a hospitality business.
We describe each product by weave type, fibre content, thread count and available sizes. Fabric colours may appear slightly different on your screen due to monitor settings. While we work to keep descriptions accurate, we do not guarantee that every detail is free of minor variation. If you are unsure about sizing, our thread-count guide and measuring notes are available before you order.
Prices are shown in South African Rand and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors. We do not store payment details on our servers; transactions are processed through secure payment partners.
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days so we can assist with a claim.
Bed linen and sleepwear may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging. Custom or wholesale orders may be subject to different return conditions, which we will confirm before you place the order. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected.
Our products are made for domestic use unless explicitly labelled otherwise. We are not liable for damage caused by improper washing, drying or storage, or for use of the products in a way not described on the product page. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
