Percale is a plain weave with a matte finish and a crisp, cool feel — ideal for warm sleepers or summer months. Sateen has a smoother, silkier surface with a subtle sheen, thanks to its satin weave. Both are made from quality cotton, but the weave changes the hand feel and how the fabric drapes on the bed.
Our deep-pocket fitted sheets are designed for mattresses up to 40 cm deep, which covers most modern pillow-top and extra-thick mattresses. The elasticated hem runs all the way around, so the sheet stays tucked in place without popping off the corners. Wash linen at 30–40°C on a gentle cycle and skip fabric softener — it coats the fibres and makes them feel stiff. Tumble dry on low until slightly damp, then hang to finish. Linen naturally softens with every wash, and this routine keeps the texture breathable without damaging the weave.
We carry both standard and queen pillowcases. Standard fits most regular pillows (50 x 75 cm), while queen is slightly wider for larger pillows (50 x 90 cm). Each style uses the same fabric and finish as the rest of the collection, so you can mix and match without a visible difference.
