You choose your weave, thread count and colour family. We send swatches of percale, linen blend and cotton sateen so you can feel the hand of each fabric before we cut anything.
For fitted sheets, we check your mattress depth. For duvet covers, we confirm the insert size. Standard and queen pillowcases are sized against your existing pillows so nothing comes up short.
Each batch is cut from OEKO-TEX certified rolls and sewn in-house. Hidden button closures on duvet covers and elasticated hems on fitted sheets are finished by hand, with every seam inspected.
We examine thread tension, check for loose fibres and verify that all closures sit flat. Any piece that does not meet our standard is set aside rather than shipped.
Your order is folded, wrapped in breathable cotton storage bags and dispatched. Wholesale deliveries for guesthouses are packed separately from direct orders, with clear labelling for each room set.
