How an order moves through our studio

Whether you are ordering a single percale set or stocking a small guesthouse, the path is the same. We keep the steps short so you always know where your fabric is and when it will be ready.

1

Tell us about your bed

Start with the mattress depth and the size of your duvet. If you are unsure about pocket measurements or pillowcase sizing, send us the numbers and we will confirm the right fit before anything is cut.

2

Choose your weave and colour

Percale for a crisp, cool feel, sateen for a smoother drape, or a linen blend for breathability. We work in soft ivory, dusty blue and warm sand tones, and we can show you fabric swatches before you commit.

3

We cut and sew in Johannesburg

Every batch is handled at our studio, not sent to a third party. That means the seams, hidden button closures and elasticated hems are checked by the same small team from first cut to final fold.

4

Quality check before packing

Each piece is inspected for loose threads, even stitching and colour consistency. If something does not meet our standard, it is set aside and remade rather than shipped out.

5

Delivery and first wash

Your order arrives with care notes attached. Linen softens after a few washes, while percale stays crisp from the start. If anything feels off after the first night, contact us and we will sort it out.

6

Wholesale runs handled separately

Guesthouses and boutique hotels order through a different channel with its own lead times and volume pricing. If you manage a property, ask us about the wholesale process before placing a retail order.
